As a Principal and Chief Productivity Officer of Kolbe Corp, Amy Bruske oversees the company's sales, operations and client relations divisions. A 17-year veteran of Kolbe, Amy is responsible for training and developing Kolbe's sales force, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the organization. As one of the company's three Senior Master Consultants, Amy manages the Kolbe Certification™ program and Professional Growth Seminar. She also conducts Kolbe TeamSuccess® seminars, executive coaching and group consultations for a wide range of businesses around the world.

Before coming to Kolbe, Amy was a senior executive at Jenny Craig Inc., where she oversaw training for counselors and sales staff, managed franchise development issues, and supervised operations for the company's East Coast division. Her early career included assisting major advertising clients with market research and conducting focus groups.

Born in Argentina, Amy considers herself an Arizona native. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. She is a member of The Strategic Coach, and is currently, serving as committee chair and member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Phoenix Chapter.
